Hire of the new Meeting Room

 

A Meeting Room has been built as part of the new extension to the Memorial Hall.  It would be ideal for sessions for group meetings. Seating up to a dozen or so, double glazed and well heated, with use of the adjoining kitchen.  Click here for picture.

 

 

Standard Hiring Rates w.e.f. January 1 2009

 

      Daytime - Sunday to Friday (Up to 6.00pm)    ............ £5.00 per hour

      Evenings - Sunday to Thursday (6.00pm onwards) .... £6.00 per hour

      Peak Rate - 6.00pm Friday to 2.00am Sunday   ......... £7.00 per hour

       Business Users - At all times        ........................................ £8.00 per hour

     Sale of Alcohol                     ................................................. £15.00 per event

     N.B. Discounts of 50p per hour are given for block bookings of 10 sessions or more paid for in advance. If the hirers are using the small meeting room whilst another function is taking place in the main hall (i.e. sharing the venue) then £1 reduction on hrly rate will be offered on hire of small meeting room.

 

     Heating - A 50p coin meter is provided for the electric wall heaters.

Deposit of £50  is required for all bookings (except for regular users).

Additional Crockery & Glassware is available for hire, either for functions taking place in the hall or for home use.
