April 2006 - The Memorial Hall Committee recently applied for and received a Hallmark One Award, which is part of a scheme run by the Community Council for Somerset and a standard which will be required for funding applications etc. We were particularly pleased with the following extract from the letter which gave our assessment by the judges and thought the village would like to see how well their Hall is regarded.
