Relax with Classics

 

Members bring their favourite pieces of classical music so that we can all listen, enjoy and discuss them. It is based in Leigh on Mendip but also attracts members from the surrounding villages.

 

 

The sweeping sounds of Vaughan Williams Preludio Moderato from his concerto in C major was the ideal opening for our first meeting on a sunny afternoon in June 2005, followed closely by the music of Sibelius, Dvorak and Holst.

 

Normally we meet on the last Friday of the month. Check Whats On for the time and venue.
