COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON Monday 21 JUNE
2004 at 7.30pm
Councillors present: Gerald Jeanes Chairman, John Wright, Chris Cudmore, Steve Anderson
Apologies: P Moore, Geoff Casey, Neville Park.
The MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING were accepted and signed after amendment to show apologies from G Casey
MATTERS ARISING: - none
All present agreed on disappointment with the presentation and questionnaire by Knightstone.
PLANNING
Tadhill Farm amendments to proposed alteration of footpath. The parish Council have no objections but expressed a preference for kissing gates to be used instead of stiles.
Tadhill Farm agricultural dwelling - no objections and no comments
Ebenezer Chapel application to erect a single storey rear extension no objections and no comments.
2 Westleigh, Tadhill The Parish Council continue to hold the view that amendment of materials to a visually dominant wall is contrary to the Village Design Statement.
QUARRY MATTERS
Application to the Aggregates Levy Sustainability fund to be discussed at next meeting.
FINANCE
Current a/c
payment of £31.50 for hall rent
invoices 480,490,494,498 was proposed by JW, seconded by CC. Ch. no.405 was written and signed.
Stocks Lane previous repairs have failed and new work is required

Report from Peter Knowles that Parish Wardens, now to be known as PCSOs was circulated in the correspondence.
Correspondence circulated to Parish Councillors.
