MINUTES OF

LEIGH ON MENDIP PARISH COUNCIL MEETING

held on 2^nd April 2008

at 7.30pm in the Recreation Field Building

Councillors Present Chris Cudmore (Chairman), Vicki Taylor, Marsha Read, Frank Higgins, Ty Schlechter, Rose Martin. Clerk Sandrine Vaillant The meeting was attended by 4 parishioners (including the Rec Field Management Committee).
1.0	Apologies
	Apologies were received in advance from Alf Smith.
2.0	Planning
	Following a representation from the public and a discussion with the Recreation Field Management Committee, the Parish Council agreed to submit the planning application and accompanying drawings for the extension to the Recreation Field Building to Mendip District Council.
	The council reminded the Recreation Field Committee of the need to consult with parishioners generally.
