Previous Minutes: Minutes for meeting 5 Apr 05 were agreed and signed.

Football Club: Jim’s team have played their last game, 10 Apr, and
have agreed to play again next season at the same price, £35.
4)
Cricket Club:
The centenary is planned for 17 to 21 July. Youngsters have been using the field for golf practice which is
potentially dangerous, damages the field (including the wicket) especially as
divots are not being replaced. It was agreed
to approach them to seek reasonable behaviour

Cricket Social Club: Electrical equipment has been tested and labelled.

Grounds Maintenance:. Two broken tree branches to be dealt
with. One at entrance too high for JR/AR and one on fence line by VH. ACTION:?/VH

Vandalism Another broken window. The CPSO, Paul Emery, had been told
and has been keeping an eye on the rec.

Spoil Heap: SA has asked Alan Bristow if he could
turn it into a bank next to the hedge. No reply yet.

Playground Gate needs
realignment to remove finger trap. May
need concrete to posts (post mix??) ACTION:

Electrics: Emergency lighting test procedure to be

11) Concrete ends to Benches: Still a few around the ground. If anyone going to Coleford tip, please take one with you. ACTION: ALL
12) Car Park: New notice and letter for car park. VH had drafted, suggested changes agreed. ACTION VH
13) Gas Check propane cylinders and order replacements as necessary (get rid of empties at same time or you will get lumbered!). ACTION DP
14) Benches DP to get Teak oil from J&A. VH, DP, CP agreed to help apply,
15) Swings The safe landing area does not require topping up with bark peal.
