1.0 Apologies for Absence: Dave Mears

2.00 Previous Minutes: The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed. It was noted that the date was wrong (it was held on 15 Feb 2006). They were amended, agreed and signed.

3.00 Election and Resignation of Trustees:

The Trustees of the Charity are the members of the committee. Any resignations and elections of members of the committee are changed at the next annual return to the Charity Commission following the resignation/election. This year there was one change – Steve Anderson resigned for personal reasons. It was agreed that otherwise, trustees remain unchanged as listed below and were duly elected.

We remain a legitimate charity for gift aid. It is intended to implement this facility this year.

4.00 Any Other Business:

In order to pursue the CAP bid, the Charity Commission has been asked to agree a change to our Object, to include community activities as well as sport and recreation ( as agreed at the meeting of 18 Jan 07.

DP stated that the 2006 Charity Commission return had been received and would be dealt with.

5.00 Next Meeting: To coincide with 2007 Annual General Meeting, date to be arranged.
