Please be aware of the following thefts from motor vehicles which occurred in Church Street, Coleford on 14th December.
Between 1700hrs and 0700hrs, unknown offenders have gained entry to a secure van parked near Church Lane and stolen tools and a tool box to the value of £2,000
At approximately 1615hrs, unknown offenders have stolen tools to the value of £1,700 from the rear of a van parked near Rose and Crown Cottages. The vehicle was insecure at the time as the owner was unloading.
Please remember to leave vehicles secure and do not leave items on show. The above reiterates how important it is to remove tools and valuables from vehicles at the end of the day. Please remain vigilant and remember to report any suspicious activity, persons or vehicles to Police on 101.
