The street lights are crucial for safety and crime prevention

Somerset County Council Highways Authority is responsible for the design, installation and maintenance of streetlights, traffic signals and illuminated bollards on all adopted highways.

The more information you can give the better (ie. light out altogether, going on/off, burning all day, intermittent, timing etc.), include the number of the column - if you cannot see this then state the exact location or adjacent house no.
